Coconut Banana Smoothie

 
Thai Coconut Banana Smoothie
 
Most of our smoothie recipes are great meal replacements or small meals. 
 They are meant to get loads of good nutrients in your body at once:)
And to reduce cravings for other things you might want such as good fats and chocolate:):)
If you need even more calories and proteins try also adding a rice or raw food protein powder in any of our smoothie recipes!!
 
Thai Coconut Banana Smoothie ingredients:
 
2-3 cups raw cashew milk
1 organic banana
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup raw thai coconut
 (coconut meat blended with the coconut water)
(we blend our coconut meat with the water and freeze it for later use)
1 Tbsp raw cacao powder (optional)
1 Tbsp agave or raw honey
(optional) banana and coconut are sweet already
1 Tbsp dry coconut flakes
Handful of ice
for an extra cold smooth texture!
Add coconut oil if you crave some good fat:)
