Raw Tomato Basil Gazpacho



Raw Tomato Basil Gazpacho

10-12 Roma Tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh basil
1-1/2 cup (soaked) raw cashews
Juice of 1-1/2 lemons
2 scallions (whites w/ 2'' of greens)
1 tsp dry crushed red pepper
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp thyme
1 Tbsp agave

Add all ingredients above in your food processor and blend well to a desired consistency.  Then add 1/2 cup of olive oil; slowly while processing on low.
