Raw Chocolate
Step 1: *2 cups raw cacao butter
Use 2 metal mixing bowls: #1 bowl (add very hot water)
#2 bowl (smaller bowl to float on top of the hot water)
Add cacao butter to #2 bowl (to melt down)
Step 2: Mix these ingredients into the melted cacao butter:
*5-6 Tbsp cacao powder
*1 Tbsp mesquite powder
*2 tsp lacuma powder
*2 tsp maca powder
*1 tsp vanilla
*1/2 tsp sea salt
*Your favorite sweetener to taste: (ex. honey, agave, coconut crystals, etc)
Step 3: Put your choice of goji berries, nuts, coconut flakes, or nut butters into your molds.
Step 4: Pour the chocolate mix into molds.
Step 5: Place molds onto a tray and freeze for about an hour!!!
Step 6: Enjoy!!
