Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Smoothie



Apple Cinnamon Yogurt Smoothie
"Dairy free, Gluten free, Raw (w/substitutions)"

2-3 cups apples
2-3 cups water
16 oz coconut milk yogurt (or raw nut milk)
1 handful raisins
1-2 handful(s) ice cubes
vanilla powder or extract (to taste)
1 Tbsp raw lacuma powder
2 Tbsp raw hemp powder
Grade B maple syrup (or raw agave nectar, dates) (to taste)

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and enjoy!
