1/4 Cup GF All Purpose or Brown Rice Flour
1 Tbsp potato starch (bobs red mill)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pink sea salt or regular sea salt
Pepper to taste
Tartar Sauce
1/4 GF mayo or Vegan Mayo
1/2 Tbsp dill or sweet relish
1 tsp grated sweet onion
Squeeze of lemon juice
pink sea salt and pepper to taste
Fish
1/2 Tbsp grape seed or canola cooking oil for fish
2 pieces of white fish of your choice
Gf Free Bun of your choice! Serves Two!
Cucumber Salad
1 large cucumber peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp GF rice vinegar
1/2 Tbsp grape seed oil or oil of your choice
1/2 tsp raw honey
Pink sea salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp dried dill (or 1/2 Tbsp fresh)
